During a ransomware simulation, we replicate the typical phases of a modern ransomware attack, from the transferral of the ransomware to an employee’s endpoint to the encrpytion of data in a controlled manner.
Using our own custom-built ransomware Vertigo, we can safely simulate different variants of each phase to evaluate whether and how existing security systems, such as antivirus or EDR solutions, can be bypassed.
The simulation is carried out in a fully controlled manner without endangering productive data. All tests are conducted exclusively with defined test data and clearly agreed conditions, ensuring that no real risk to your business data will arise.
